- Recipe
- Condensed milk (1 can)395 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cork paçoca2 unit(s)
- Chocolate or vanilla cake (recipes on my profile)1 unit(s)
- Prepare the cake of your choice (in the photo, I used a chocolate cake, the recipe is here on my profile). Wait for it to cool down.
- For the paçoca brigadeiro, place the condensed milk, the butter and the crumbled paçoca corks in a tall pan.
- Place over medium heat and cook like a brigadier until set (about 10 to 15 minutes), stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
- When it's at the desired point, use it as a frosting and/or filling for the cake.
- If it goes past the point of coverage and gets a little stiff, the trick is to add a little hot cream and mix until it's well incorporated.
- This cake is a hit at June / São João parties!
