- Chopped Carrots180 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Corn or sunflower oil1/2 cup
- Refined sugar3/4 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1/2 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the carrots, sugar, oil and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the blender mixture into a container and add the wheat and salt and stir well.
- Add the yeast and stir gently to incorporate.
- Pour the cake batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC to bake for about 25 minutes. (Do the toothpick test)
- Once baked, cover the cake with the frosting of your choice.
