- Dulce de leche200 ml
- Beaten chestnuts to taste
- Whip the egg whites and set aside.
- In another container, mix the yolks and the dulce de leche.
- Gradually add the yolk mixture to the whites to incorporate without losing lightness.
- Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours to chill.
- At the time of serving, add the ground chestnuts or ground biscuit, if you don't like chestnuts.
- Serve immediately.
