- 1 Bring the sugar, ground walnuts, milk and egg yolks to a boil, stirring constantly until the bottom of the pan comes together.
- 2 Place on a plate and let cool.
- 3 Make the sweets in the shape of rolls and set aside.
- 4 Take the icing sugar, milk and butter to the fire, in a hot bath, and stir until soft.
- 5 Bathe the sweets in this mixture and place them on parchment paper to dry.
- 6 Decorate with the walnuts.
