Can Corn Cake with Cottage Cheese and Coconut: Easy and Very Yummy

- Milk1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Corn1 can(s)
- Cornmeal1 cup
- coconut50 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cream cheese to taste
- In the blender, put the first 5 ingredients and let it beat for at least 5 minutes, (this time makes the cake not smell like eggs, which nobody deserves lol…).
- Then, add the cornmeal and coconut, beat for 1 minute. Finally, go the yeast, just pulse to mix everything.
- Put the dough in the greased and sprinkled with wheat, or cornmeal. On top, spread small portions of the curd throughout the dough. I guarantee it's divine, so don't save haha...
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
- After baking, let it cool so you can unmold it.
