- Coconut Sugar2 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- 70% chocolate bar150 g
- Crush the bananas, place in a pan with the coconut sugar and cocoa powder, mix until it comes off the bottom. When it starts to unglue, lower the heat and stir for another 3 minutes;
- Place in a glass refractory and take it to the fridge, after the banana jam is well chilled, in the same refractory, cut the chocolates in the shape you prefer;
- Melt the 70% chocolate and dip the banana sweets into the melted chocolate. Place parchment paper on a plate or plastic wrap and place the chocolates already covered.
- Place in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
