- Cocoa Powder1 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
- Water30 ml
- Dark chocolate250 g
- Mash the bananas.
- Place in a non-stick frying pan along with cocoa powder, demerara sugar and water.
- Cook until it has a brigadeiro texture. Place in a jar, cover with cling film and place in the freezer for 6 hours.
- Melt the chocolate and dip the cubes in the banana filling. Place in the freezer and then serve!
