- Coconut Sugar2 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder 100%1 tablespoon
- Chocolate bar 70% cocoa150 g
- Crush the bananas, put them in a pan with the coconut sugar and cocoa powder, mix until it comes off the bottom. When it starts to come apart, lower the heat and stir for another 3 minutes;
- Put it in a glass refractory and take it to the fridge, after the banana jam is well chilled, in the same refractory, cut the bonbons in the shape you prefer;
- Melt the 70% chocolate and dip the candies in banana in melted chocolate. Place butter paper on a plate or plastic film and place the chocolates already covered.
- Take it to the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
