- Dark chocolate bar165 g
- Crushed cashew nuts200 g
- Let's make a nest cream first In a pan, place the two boxes of condensed milk, four boxes of cream (reserve two boxes for the ganache) and the powdered milk.
- Mix well and bring to the fire, always mixing until it thickens and starts to release from the bottom of the pan.
- Place the cream in the refractory in which it will be served (can also be in bowls). Let cool .
- Melt the chocolate bar and mix the two boxes of sour cream that we set aside. Incorporate the chocolate well into the cream and set aside.
- Let's assemble our candy. Take the nest cream and sprinkle the crushed chestnut on top. Then put the chocolate ganache on top. Ready! Decorate as you like!! I decorated mine with white chocolate ☺️. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Note: You can replace the chestnuts with any filling you prefer. A good tip is to use dried fruit, or roasted peanuts. And on top you can add strawberries.
