- semisweet or 70% chocolate100 g
- Peanut Butter (for each bonbon)2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Place the chocolate with the coconut oil to melt in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
- Cover the entire mold with the melted chocolate and don't leave a very thin layer so you don't run the risk of breaking when you unmold it (It can be a silicone mold) and put it in the fridge
- In a sweet bowl the peanut butter with honey or xylitol and mix well
- After 5 minutes the chocolate will be very hard
- Fill with the peanut butter and then cover with the rest of the melted chocolate.
- Put it back in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes and you can serve.
