  • Milk equal to the can of corn1 can(s)
  • Cornmeal same size as the can of corn1 can(s)
  • Sugar 3/4 of the can measure (3 parts of 4 of the can measure)3/4 can(s)
  • Oil (3/4 of the can measure)3/4 can(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour3 tablespoon
  • Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. In the blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil, corn, sugar
  2. Add the wheat and cornmeal and beat well again.
  3. Add the cake yeast and mix well.
  4. Grease a mold with oil and sprinkle with sugar
  5. Put the dough in the shape and take it to the oven for approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
  6. Let it bake until golden
  7. Serve with a fresh coffee 😋😅
