- Icing sugar3 tablespoon
- Milk200 ml
- Corn Starch2 tablespoon
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Vanilla Essence1 coffee spoon
- Cut the pastry dough into a circle, glue the ends and deep-fry in hot oil.
- For the filling, in a blender, beat the milk, starch, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla essence
- Take everything to the pan to cook until it thickens
- Now just fill the cannolis with the cream and sprinkle with icing sugar.
