- 1) Place 200 ml of milk, 60 g of lemongrass in a blender and blend until smooth. 2) Pass this juice through the sieve and squeeze well what was in the sieve to remove all the flavor. 3) Transfer to a pan, add 2 cans of condensed milk, bring to a low heat and stir well until it releases from the bottom of the pan (25 minutes). Pour the brigadeiro dough into a buttered dish and wait for it to cool. After cold, with your hands greased, take small portions, make balls and put them in containers suitable for brigadiers. Serve next.
