Ingredients

condensed milk395 g
Unsalted butter1 tablespoon
Chopped semisweet chocolate50 g
Soluble coffee1 teaspoon
Sprinkles to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a pan and lead to low fire to cook stirring constantly.
When the brigadeiros start to detach easily from the bottom of the pan, they are ready.
Transfer to a greased plate and let cool. Then take to the fridge for at least 4 hours before curling up.
Roll up the brigadiers in the size and shape of your choice and roll them in the sprinkles to cover. Serve in paper cups.
