- Refined sugar1.5 cup
- Instant coffee1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa1 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Corn or sunflower oil1/2 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk395 g
- unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Instant coffee1 teaspoon
- 60% cocoa chocolate50 g
- Granulated Confectionery to taste
- In a container, beat the eggs and sugar well, add the chocolate powder, wheat, coffee, cinnamon and oil, mix well.
- Add the hot water and salt, stir well. Finally, add the yeast and stir gently.
- Transfer the dough to a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC to bake for 30 to 40 minutes (do the toothpick test).
- Prepare the topping by making a soft brigadeiro with the condensed milk, the teaspoon of coffee, the 60% chocolate and the butter.
- Cover the cake while it is still warm with the icing and when it cools down, add the sprinkles.
