- sugar1 kg
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- dulce de leche200 g
- chopped milk chocolate200 g
- butter1 tablespoon
- water100 ml
- In a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat, mix the sugar, salt, chopped milk chocolate, butter and water.
- Let it boil until it reaches the point of bullet.
- To check the point, put a saucer with cold water in the sink and drip the mixture, if it gets hard and like curling, it's ready.
- Pour into a wet marble and let it cool down.
- Cut small pieces of caramel in the shape and size you want the candies and place in a serving dish with water and ice.
- Wait for it to start to harden and roll it up with wet hands.
- Let dry on a baking sheet and wrap with candy wrapper.
