  • sugar1 kg
  • Pinch of salt1 to taste
  • dulce de leche200 g
  • chopped milk chocolate200 g
  • butter1 tablespoon
  • water100 ml
  1. In a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat, mix the sugar, salt, chopped milk chocolate, butter and water.
  2. Let it boil until it reaches the point of bullet.
  3. To check the point, put a saucer with cold water in the sink and drip the mixture, if it gets hard and like curling, it's ready.
  4. Pour into a wet marble and let it cool down.
  5. Cut small pieces of caramel in the shape and size you want the candies and place in a serving dish with water and ice.
  6. Wait for it to start to harden and roll it up with wet hands.
  7. Let dry on a baking sheet and wrap with candy wrapper.
