- butter100 g
- Sift the sugar and brown sugar, mix with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl, mix very well.
- In a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat, bring these ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly.
- The container must be large and tall, because when boiling, it doubles in volume.
- Bring to a boil, stirring until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- Place in a refractory or greased shape with butter, let it cool to the finger point, remove from the shape and cut the caramels into 2cm by 2cm squares with a knife.
- Finally, wrap in cellophane.
