Leve o açúcar ao fogo médio até que derreta, se necessário misture um pouco com uma colher para não queimar as laterais. Assim que estiver bem dourado a ponto de caramelo, acrescente o leite com cuidado pois vai borbulhar e o caramelo vai endurecer, mas calma que vai dar certo. Deixe o leite aquecer mexendo de vez em quando até que o caramelo se dissolva por completo. Aí é só polvilhar canela e servir.
