- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Banana5 cup
- First start making the syrup. In a mold, melt the sugar until it turns into a caramel, add the water and stir until it melts, add the chopped banana over the caramel.
- Beat the eggs with the margarine and sugar until it forms a cream, then add the milk and wheat and beat again until a homogeneous mass is formed, add the yeast and stir gently.
- Add the dough with the caramel and bake at 180°C
