- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Milk100 ml
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and margarine in the mixer until it forms a light cream. Add the flour and mix well, gradually adding the milk and finally the yeast. Make a sugar caramel in the mold and place the bananas in slices or cut in half whole. Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Unmold and serve.
