- Roof: Pour the sugar into a square shape and bake until completely melted.
- Soon after, slice the bananas into slices and arrange over the caramelized sugar.
- Beat the egg whites and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and margarine.
- Add the flour, milk, salt and yeast.
- Finally, mix the egg whites and continue beating.
- Pour the dough into the caramelized form with the sliced bananas.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 45 minutes.
