- Butter3 tablespoon
- Sugar150 g
- Milk200 ml
- Wheat Flour250 g
- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar for syrup1/2 cup
- Water for syrup1/2 cup
- Long sliced bananas3 unit(s)
- First prepare the syrup. Melt the sugar in the pan, add the water and let it thicken. Put it in the shape of a hole and pass it on the sides. Wait for it to cool down and place the banana slices in the background. Reserve.
- Dough: Beat the butter and sugar in a mixer until smooth.
- Add the flour, alternating with the milk little by little (it can be done by hand, stirring with a spatula until all the flour is incorporated), add the cinnamon and the yeast, mixing lightly and pour the dough into the mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for approximately 30 minutes.
- Wait about 10 minutes and unmold while still hot.
