- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sugar (1 and a half cups for the dough) and 2 cups for the syrup3 cup
- Pasta: Beat the eggs, butter and sugar in a stand mixer until creamy.
- Then add the milk and wheat flour, little by little and alternately.
- Beat until the dough is homogeneous.
- Add the yeast and stir gently.
- Syrup: In a pan, burn the sugar (on the stove), until it turns caramel.
- Then, grease the bottom and sides of the mold well with this caramel.
- Place the bananas over the caramel.
- If needed, add more bananas.
- Then, over the bananas, pour the dough.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
