  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Sugar (1 and a half cups for the dough) and 2 cups for the syrup3 cup
  1. Pasta: Beat the eggs, butter and sugar in a stand mixer until creamy.
  2. Then add the milk and wheat flour, little by little and alternately.
  3. Beat until the dough is homogeneous.
  4. Add the yeast and stir gently.
  5. Syrup: In a pan, burn the sugar (on the stove), until it turns caramel.
  6. Then, grease the bottom and sides of the mold well with this caramel.
  7. Place the bananas over the caramel.
  8. If needed, add more bananas.
  9. Then, over the bananas, pour the dough.
  10. Bake in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
