- Sugar4 cup
- Flour3 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Place 2 and 1/2 cups of sugar over low heat and let it caramelize. Add 1/3 of water and wait for it to boil and reduce. Put the syrup in the mold, put the bananas in slices on top and book.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, the rest of the sugar and the butter.
- Add the milk and wheat flour little by little and beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Add the yeast and beat briefly just to combine.
- Place in the caramelized form with the banana pieces at the bottom. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
