- In a roast, melt 1 cup of sugar until it forms a syrup, remove from the fire and accommodate the sliced bananas on top, reserve.
- In a mixer, place the eggs, sugar and margarine, beat until smooth. Then add the milk, vanilla and wheat flour, beat again. Finally add the baking powder. Gently pour into the pan so you don't move the bananas. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes.
