- Cinnamon powder1 to taste
- Beat the eggs, milk, margarine, 1 and a half cups of sugar, 2 bananas, cinnamon in a blender. After smoothing, take it to a bowl with 2 cups of wheat flour and mix by hand (I put 2 chopped bananas) then add a spoon of baking powder and set aside.
- For the caramel Bring to the fire (I made it directly in the mold) half a cup of sugar until golden, turn off the fire and add the rest of the bananas over the syrup.
- Then place the dough and bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes (time varies depending on the oven)
- Unmold the warm cake (DO NOT unmold it cold) 🍌Don't forget to run a knife around the edges of the mold to make it easier to unmold 🍌 No need to grease the shape. 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌 Pretty easy right???
