- Cinnamon stick to taste
- Clove to taste
- unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Water1 cup
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Peel the bananas and leave whole.
- In a pan, melt the sugar until it forms a caramel.
- Mix cinnamon and cloves in water
- Add the water to the caramel and stir until smooth. Add the bananas and stir gently so as not to break them.
- Leave it on the fire for about 6 minutes and add the butter at the end.
- Serve hot, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
