- Sugar200 g
- Wheat flour100 g
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Water75 ml
- Oil for frying to taste
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Add the flour, cornstarch, egg and water.
- Mix until you obtain a creamy and very homogeneous liquid mass, if necessary, add a little water.
- Cut the bananas into equal pieces.
- Dip the bananas in the batter and fry until golden.
- Melt the sugar over low heat, stirring occasionally so it doesn't burn.
- As soon as it starts to bubble, remove from the heat and dip the bananas in the caramel.
- Optional. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the bananas.
