- Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Melt the sugar with the cinnamon stick in a small pan.
- Once the caramel is ready, slowly add the milk and let the caramel melt (it will harden, this is normal).
- With the milk hot, remove the cinnamon and serve in a mug.
- You can sprinkle with cinnamon powder. It's great, sweet and comforting.
