- WHEAT FLOUR2 cup
- MILK1 l
- SUGAR1 cup
- WATER1/2 cup
- Beat the eggs, sugar and margarine in a blender.
- Add the milk and beat for 5 (five) minutes.
- Add to two cups of sifted wheat flour and beat for another 5 (five) minutes.
- Make the caramel sauce using the cup of sugar and half a cup of water. Pour into the pudding mold and add the dough.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for up to 50 minutes.
