Bata os ovos, o açúcar e a margarina no liquidificador.

Beat the eggs, sugar and margarine in a blender.

Adicione o leite e bata por 5 (cinco) minutos.

Add the milk and beat for 5 (five) minutes.

Adicione às duas xícaras de farinha de trigo peneirada e bata por mais 5 (cinco) minutos.

Add to two cups of sifted wheat flour and beat for another 5 (five) minutes.

Faça a calda de caramelo usando a xícara de açúcar e meia xícara de água. Despeje na forma de pudim e adicione a massa.

Make the caramel sauce using the cup of sugar and half a cup of water. Pour into the pudding mold and add the dough.

Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180°c e deixe assar por até 50 minutos.
