Cozinhar o arroz somente com a água até ele secar. 

Cook the rice with just the water until it dries up.

Adicionar 1 litro de leite e deixar cozinhar por mais 15 minutos.

Add 1 liter of milk and let it cook for another 15 minutes.

Colocar em outra panela 1 xícara de açúcar e fazer o caramelo.

Place 1 cup of sugar in another pan and make the caramel.

Adicione no arroz e cozinhe por mais 5 minutos para engrossar.

Add to rice and cook for another 5 minutes to thicken.
