- Oil1 tablespoon
- Raw rice2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Water5 cup
- Crystal sugar4 cup
- Whole milk2 l
- Start by cooking the rice. Put the oil, rice, pinch of salt and water in a pan.
- Wait for the rice to cook. After cooked, turn off the heat and let's go to the caramelized sugar.
- In a very large pan put the sugar.
- Stir occasionally until all the sugar has melted.
- When it melts, take it and throw the rice all at once into the pan with just the sugar and stir well.
- Add 1 L of milk and stir until the caramel that remains at the bottom of the pan (you can feel it when you stir that it has become hard) dissolves.
- Let it cool and add the rest of the milk (+ 1 liter)
- Put it in the fridge to get cold.
