- Milk70 ml
- Water70 ml
- Butter70 g
- Salt3 g
- Sugar3 g
- Wheat flour80 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Add the water and milk to a pan and heat on low until the milk starts to boil.
- Add the butter, sugar and salt and mix until the milk starts to cover the butterfat.
- Add the wheat flour and mix well until it forms a paste in a more golden color and loosens from the bottom. (Some say it starts to smell like almonds)
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and try to cool it by stirring vigorously or with the help of a mixer.
- When the mixture cools, add the eggs and beat until a homogeneous mass.
- Place in a pastry bag and make carolina balls or strips to form a bomb
- Bake at 230°C for 10 minutes. In this process the dough will expand.
- Lower the heat to 180°C for another 15 minutes so that the dough loses its moisture.
- As a filling add dulce de leche with a pastry nozzle
- Melt the chocolate and place it on top to cover the hole in the pastry nozzle.
- Share and bon appetit!
