- Canned milk04 cup
- Frozen sour cream01 unit(s)

- Carolinas to decorate to taste
- Egg whites03 unit(s)
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- In a pan pour the condensed milk, 02 cups of milk and 02 spoons of corn starch.
- Over medium heat, stir until it starts to thicken. Turn off the heat and keep stirring until it gets a firmer consistency. pour into a refractory and set aside.
- In a pan add 02 cups of milk, 02 spoons of corn starch and 04 spoons of chocolate.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the consistency is not too hard. Turn off the fire
- Dip the champagne biscuit in the chocolate cream and place it in the refractory on top of the white cream.
- Pour the rest of the chocolate cream in the refractory over the Cookies.
- In the mixer, beat the egg whites, mix the sugar and the ice cream and place it on top of the chocolate cream.
- Sprinkle a little chocolate and decorate with carolinas. * if you prefer you can put strawberries it looks beautiful and very tasty too.
- Place in the fridge for a few hours. Serve cold.
