- Milk chocolate for topping200 g
- Beat the eggs, oil, chopped carrots and sugar in a blender.
- Then mix this cream with the wheat flour in a bowl. You can mix with the help of a whisk or a wooden spoon. No need for a beater.
- Add the baking powder and mix until it disappears into the dough.
- Grease the mold with butter and wheat flour. Preheated oven 180° Bake for 40 minutes. Time may vary from oven to oven.
- Roof: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Add the cream and mix. Cover the cake with this icing. If you prefer, add chocolate sprinkles over the topping.
