- Carrot without peel250 g
- Oil200 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Refined sugar290 g
- Wheat flour220 g
- Yeast8 g
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- Melted milk chocolate1/2 cup
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- In a blender, beat the carrots, oil, eggs and sugar until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt and mix with a spoon.
- Pour into a mold and place in a medium oven.
- For the topping, melt the chocolate bar in a microwave or in a bain-marie and add the cream and mix well. Place on top of the cake after cooling.
