- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Margarine85 g
- Sugar250 g
- Wheat200 g
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Blend the carrots, margarine and eggs in a blender until creamy;
- Add the sugar to the blender and beat until dissolved;
- Place the blender mixture in a bowl and add the sifted wheat flour little by little;
- Mix until completely aggregated;
- Add the yeast and stir;
- Take to bake in a greased shape and in a preheated oven at 180°C.
