  • grated carrot250 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Margarine85 g
  • Sugar250 g
  • Wheat200 g
  • Yeast1 coffee spoon
  1. Blend the carrots, margarine and eggs in a blender until creamy;
  2. Add the sugar to the blender and beat until dissolved;
  3. Place the blender mixture in a bowl and add the sifted wheat flour little by little;
  4. Mix until completely aggregated;
  5. Add the yeast and stir;
  6. Take to bake in a greased shape and in a preheated oven at 180°C.
