- In a blender, add the carrots, eggs and oil, then blend for about 3 minutes.
- In a bowl add the sugar and mix, then add the wheat flour and mix everything together.
- Add the yeast and mix slowly with a spoon.
- Roof Mix the condensed milk, the cream, the butter and the chocolate in a pan, mix everything, take it to medium fire, always stirring until incorporated.
- Then just pour the syrup on top of the still warm cake.
