- Place the peeled and cut carrots, eggs, sugar, oil and milk in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
- Then add the wheat flour and beat some more.
- Finally, add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Put it in a pudding shape, greased with butter and wheat flour and take it to the oven to bake for 30 minutes, at 180 degrees
- After roasting and cooling, unmold and cover with chocolate syrup.
