- Sugar2 cup
- Sunflower or canola oil1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180C for 15 minutes.
- In the blender place the cut carrots, eggs, oil, sugar.
- Beat until smooth. Make sure the carrots are well blended.
- Place the mixture in a bowl, and add the flour, salt, then add the yeast and stir again!
- Transfer the mixture to a greased and floured form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40 minutes.
- Coverage if you prefer, it can be your preference, I made a brigadeiro! And with the cake still warm, I made holes with a straw, it can be a fork, and poured the icing and chocolate sprinkles on top.
