  • sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • oil1 cup
  • Yeast1 coffee spoon
  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Whip the egg whites and set aside.
  3. Place the carrot, oil and egg yolks in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the beaten ingredients, mix well, finally add the snow whites.
  5. On a lightly greased baking sheet, bake in a preheated medium oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until a toothpick pierces and it comes out clean.
