- Oil1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Yeast powder1 tablespoon
- Peel and chop the carrots
- Add the egg, oil, carrot, salt and sugar to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer everything to another container and add the flour (preferably sieved) little by little while stirring.
- As soon as you finish adding and mixing all the flour put the yeast and stir well
- Put the dough in a greased shape and take it to the medium oven for 40 minutes (preheat the oven first)
- After you see that the cake has a good consistency, take it out of the oven and unmold it if you prefer.
- If you prefer Cover with a syrup of your choice or eat the cake without icing. HUMMM DELICIOUS đ©âđł
