- Chopped Carrots2 cup
- Sugar (one and a half cups)1.1/2 cup
- Oil3/4 cup
- Wheat Flour (two and a half cups)2.1/2 cup
- Organic Yeast1 tablespoon
- Put the carrot, oil, sugar, eggs to beat well in the blender.
- In a bowl add the wheat flour and place the liquid mixture from the blender and stir until smooth.
- Finally add the yeast, stir gently and bake.
- Preheated oven 180 degrees.
- Make a soft brigadeiro and add on top.
- Tip: to get very wet, pierce the cake with a straw, and put the brigadeiro.
