  • Water120 ml
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  1. Blend the eggs, water, oil and sugar in a blender. Gradually add the chopped carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, add the flour and yeast. Mix well and then add the liquid mixture from the blender until smooth.
  3. Bake at 205 C.
