- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Grate or cut the carrot into small pieces
- Beat the carrot, eggs, oil, sugar, beat well so that the carrot is well beaten
- Pour the mixture you have beaten into a bowl and add two cups of wheat flour and beat well with a fouet or spoon.
- Add the baking powder and mix well
- Grease a mold with margarine and pour the dough
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- Chocolate syrup: 1 box of milk cream, 1 spoon of margarine and 5 of chocolate milk of your choice
- Just put it in a pan and bring it to the fire stirring until it thickens.
- Decorate with chocolate shavings or sprinkles
