- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chopped chocolate100 g
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Sift the flour, salt and yeast. Reserve.
- Peel the carrot, cut into slices and hit the blender along with the eggs, sugar and oil.
- Gradually mix the flour and the cream of the blender, mixing well to be homogeneous.
- Bake in a greased and floured oven at 180°C
- While the cake is baking, make a brogadeiro with the chocolate, cream, butter and condensed milk.
