- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Bicarbonate1 teaspoon
- Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 minutes
- Put all the ingredients in the blender (except the yeast, bicarbonate and vinegar)
- Whisk until well blended
- Take everything to a bowl and add the yeast, mix well
- Then add the bicarbonate and vinegar and mix well.
- Take the dough to a greased and floured shape, if you wish add chocolate pieces
- Bake for 40 minutes, until golden or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
